Sono Living is 3 story mixed use project, comprising of 2 levels furniture gallery, office space and roof top lounge. Design approach, we try to operate and organized all the factors, such as the building functions, space and its context, so that they play their parts.
Building is located in the corner site of the main road, surrounded by residential building in Kayu Putih, East jakarta. The striking design presents new addition to the area, drawing people from a distance, while its nearly boxy form harmonizing with the existing neighborhood.
The building is occupied primarily by the gallery and office featuring pleasant views on the top. The layering elements presents in the design of its facade, intended to inspire the new application of material in contemporary architecture style.
